2014: The first Regulation of Hydrocarbons course was held on the ITAM graduate campus in the Fall of 2014, with faculty from ITAM, from the University of Houston Law Center, and experts from Wood Mackenzie, the highly regarded oil and gas consulting firm. Thirty-three participants attended the course, taking 50 hours of classes over 5 weeks.
2015: A second course, programmed for 80 hours of class, was held from October 6 to November 27, 2015. Entitled Regulation of Hydrocarbons: An Advanced Training Course for Mexican Professionals, the 2015 course was offered at the ITAM Santa Teresa campus.
