Operation hours and support:
- Student Help Desk Hours 8am to 8pm M-F (located 3rd floor next to terrace.)
- Help Desk (Faculty/Staff): 8am to 5pm M-F 713.743.2260
- For assistance on Saturdays, there are Graduate Assistants available from 12-4pm at the Student Help Desk. 713.743.2260
Tech support Information
- Most requests are resolved within 1 hour of initial contact depending on the scope of the issue.
- Purchasing equipment can take up to 2 months depending on the equipment being ordered.
- Computer move requests need to be made at least 1 business day in advance.
