Chris Dykes

Head of Public Services at the John M. O'Quinn Law Library

Chris Dykes is the Head of Reference and Research Services at the University of Houston Law Library and is an adjunct professor who teaches Tax Research and Texas Legal Research for the University of Houston Law Center.

He attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville for both his B.A. in Political Science and M.S. in Information Sciences. He received his Juris-Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University. He has lectured at workshops and conferences on legal research. He has published Federal Income Tax: A Research Guide (2021 update) and International Taxation: A Research Guide for Hein & Co. (2011, 2024 update).
