Field Placement Supervisors’ Evaluation of Students

During the regular school year, students' field placement supervisors are expected to submit two formal written evaluations, one at the midterm point in the externship and again at the conclusion. These evaluations should detail the work the student has done and evaluate the students' performance during the time period covered.  Bill Powers, Director of Internship & Externship Programs, will send placement supervisors an email containing a link to the brief online evaluation form.

(During the summer sessions, supervisors are only asked to complete one evaluation - at the end of the session.)
