Copyright and the Law of Marks in the Age of Grokster Inducement and Trademark Dilution

The Law Center’s Blakely Advocacy Institute (BAI) varies the topic each year for its moot court national championship (MCNC).  The January 2011 topic is based on intellectual property, and the Law Center’s Institute for Intellectual Property and Information Law (IPIL) is working with BAI on the event.  The symposium is one day of the multi-day event that is the MCNC.
