Francisco Rivero
Francisco is a Partner in Reed Smith’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He has represented clients in a variety of domestic and international litigation and business disputes including pre- and post-judgment garnishment proceedings, the pursuit and application of interim and injunctive measures, obtaining evidence abroad for use in domestic proceedings, and in the enforcement and execution of foreign judicial decisions and arbitral awards. Francisco has represented clients in complex breach of contract, shareholders' negligence, fraud and alter ego disputes before state and federal courts as well as in both administered proceedings (before the AAA, ICC, ICDR and LCIA) and ad hoc arbitral proceedings.
