Course Outline: U.S. Export Regulation will focus on the export control procedures of the primary federal agencies that regulate U.S. Export Policy. Specifically included will be the procedures of the Department of Commerce and Bureau of Export Administration, the Department of the Treasury and the Office of Foreign Asset Control and the State Department through the Office of Defense Trade Controls. Attention will also be given to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Anti-Boycott aspects of U.S. Export Policy.
