Course Outline: This course provides basic coverage of the law of wills and wills substitutes (primarily trusts), estates and future interests, and the basics of the estate tax, as well as the more important sectors of the Texas Probate Code. Treatment is designed both for those who plan to continue to Estate Planning and for those who simply need the basics.
