Course Outline: This course examines the key issues, policies, and regulations governing the entrance of persons into the United States, including status, classification, preferences, asylum, and judicial review. We will also cover deportation and removal, as well as the grounds of inadmissibility, waivers, appeals and the relationship between immigration law and the federal courts.
