Course Outline: Payment Transactions are common. But traditional cash and check payments are decreasing. Newer methods of payment include credit cards, debit cards, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers, and PAY PAL transfers. This course explores differences in the legal rules and risks of different methods of payment and selection of the most advantageous method.
