Course Outline: A study of the administrative process, primarily at the federal level; agency powers; agency jurisdiction; agency procedures; limitations on agency power; enforcement of agency decisions; judicial review.

Course Notes:   class on Wednesday, September 11th is canceled and will be made up on Friday, September 6th at 10:30 a.m. The location is tentatively scheduled for BLB Room 209.

This class will also have a mid-term on September 30th from 10:30-11:50.

Prerequisites: Yes  This class is open to 3Ls and LLMs only. Transfer students who have not taken a first-year course in administrative law or regulation may add with consent of the instructor.
