Daniel Brennan, a Certified Public Accountant, is currently an Adjunct Professor of Accounting in the EMBA and MBA program at Bauer. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance (1970) and a Masters of Accountancy and Taxation (1973) from the University of Houston. He began his career in accounting and finance with KPMG as an auditor and consultant, specializing in oil and gas companies and retail companies. He was Vice President--Treasury with AIM Management Company, a large mutual fund company based in Houston. In 2000, he returned to the University of Houston where he was a faculty member of the Accounting Department, teaching auditing and accounting courses at the undergraduate level and for the MBA program.
