LLSA Week

Traditionally, we celebrate LLSA Week during/around Hispanic Heritage Month by hosting a week of events for law students. The events are aimed at fostering community, opening dialogue within the student body, and providing tools to our student members to be successful. This year, LLSA week is September 28 – October 2, 2026.

13th Annual HLSA/LLSA Gala

For over a decade, our three law schools have collaborated to host this special event, bringing the legal community together to celebrate and honor the achievements of Houston’s Hispanic/Latine legal professionals. More than just a night of recognition, the Gala serves as an opportunity to invest in the future of Hispanic/Latine law students. The funds raised directly support our organizations in ensuring the success of our members and increase Hispanic/Latine representation in the legal field.

LLSA Scholarships

LLSA awards scholarships in the Spring semester for the Annual Scholarship Gala. Our board also provides information on any scholarships that may be of interest to our members throughout the year—check out our Linktree for more information.
