The BAI created, and maintains, the National Moot Court
Rankings. The rankings consist of results from all national
moot court competitions. Points for the rankings are
allocated based on the number of teams in a particular
competition, top place finishes, best brief, and best speaker.
The top 16 moot court programs each year are invited to
compete in the BAI’s Hunton Andrews Kurth Moot Court
National Championship to determine the “best of the best.”
