Course Outline: This three credit course surveys the role of genetic information across several areas of law, including property law and IP, family law, criminal law, public health law, privacy law, immigration law, and antidiscrimination law. Students enrolled in the class will produce three brief response papers of one to two pages in length and complete a take-home exam.
