Course Outline: The course is a general survey of the field of products liability. It examines various theories of recovery for injuries caused by product. The primary focus is on the special set of doctrines that are reflected in the Second Restatement of Torts and Third Restatement of Torts: Products Liability.

First Day Assignments: The first week assignment in Products liability is Fischer et al pp. 1-68.
However, as this is a short week we will do at most half of this on Wednesday.
