First Day Assignments: Welcome to Torts. The required text for this course is Duncan and Turner’s Torts: A Contemporary Approach, 2nd edition (2012).

For the first day of class, please read and be prepared to discuss pp. 1-22. I look forward to meeting each of you on Monday, August 25th.
