Course Outline: Students will represent clients in the following civil practice areas: family (including domestic violence, divorce and custody), probate, guardianships, bankruptcy and landlord/tenant. Representation will include court/trial appearances, mediation, negotiation, document drafting and case investigation.

Students should not attempt to enroll themselves in these courses via PeopleSoft: if you are accepted, the Clinic Program Manager will enroll you via the Office of Student Services.
Students must work in the Clinic 50 hours per course credit hour.
