This course will introduce students to regulation of trade in goods and services between nations (with an emphasis on trade in goods), with an emphasis on the regime administered by the World Trade Organization (WTO) and implemented by national trade laws.

Thursday, June 4, 2020: Ch. 3 pp. 83-103. Please read the Preamble of the WTO Agreement which can be found in the PGH Supplement or online at www.wto.org.
