"Negotiation tactics & strategies, including creating value, claiming value, and coalition building. Will feature exercises and guest speakers and will link negotiation skills to legal practice.
Mandatory attendance and participation, requiring robust pre-class preparation each week."

Course Notes:   Quota=14. This course will meet from Monday May 18th to Thursday May 21st, from 10 AM to 5 PM with 10 minute break and 1 hour lunch daily. The final exam will be on Friday May 22nd.
