Course Outline: This course is a study of the legal and ethical responsibilities of members of the legal profession. A required course, Professional Responsibility focuses on both the Model Rules of Professional Conduct as well as the current law governing the conduct of lawyers.

You may wish to register for the e-version of your textbook (see the inside front cover) or to purchase only the e-version, which you may do here:
B. AMERICAN BAR ASS’N MODEL RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT 2017, available online You must access these rules online. You are not required to purchase a print copy, but you might find it helpful to do so. The most affordable option is to purchase the ABA’s version.
