‘Mooters’ win bankruptcy competition

A Law Center team of 3Ls sorted through the details of a warehouse business plan gone wrong and defeated a Baylor Law School team to win the 19th annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition in New York City. Forty-seven teams from across the nation competed. The team of Seth Gagliardi, Patrick McKee, and Jameson Watts also won an Outstanding Brief Award with the writing effort captained by Watts. The team was coached by Debra Bradberry ’04 of Bingham Mann House and Don Russell, Esq.
