National Jurist and preLaw magazine recognize UH Law Center in nine categories for 2020-2021

Nov. 19, 2020 - For the first time in its history, the University of Houston Law Center's LL.M. program was listed on the National Jurist's 2021 LL.M. Honor Roll.

"It is truly an honor to have the UHLC LL.M. programs make the National Jurist Honor Roll 2021," said Executive Director of Global and Graduate Programs Karen Jones.

"Under the direction of Dean Leonard M. Baynes, we have worked very hard at UHLC to develop competitive and high-caliber LL.M. programs offering a wide range of innovative classes taught by our outstanding faculty and providing all-around support for our students. It is great for UHLC to receive this recognition."

In total, Law Center was recognized in the following categories:

  • Top School for Advocacy/Litigation (2021)
  • LL.M. Honor Roll (2021)
  • Top School for Health Law (2021)
  • Best School for Family Law (2021)
