Sept 16, 2020 - The University of Houston Law Center and Beck Redden will present an analysis of a landmark price-fixing case recently decided by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
The continuing legal education session, "From Criminal Conspiracy to Civil Liability: Examining the Impact of Hewlett-Packard v. Quanta Storage," will begin at noon on Sept. 23 via Zoom.
Speakers include Beck Redden partners Russell Post and Alex Roberts, a 2006 alumnus of the University of Houston Law Center, who worked on the case.
The event has been approved for 1.5 hours of CLE credit.
