Tracy Hester
Aug. 24, 2020 - Tracy Hester, an Instructional Associate Professor in Law at the University of Houston Law Center, will be included in the 27th edition of "The Best Lawyers in America" for his work in Environmental Law and Environmental Litigation.
According to the publication, recognition by Best Lawyers is based entirely on feedback from members of the legal profession.
Hester joined the Law Center faculty in January 2010. He teaches Environmental Law, Statutory Interpretation and Regulatory Practice, Climate Change Law, Environmental Practicum, Climate Change Intervention Law, Emerging Technologies and Environmental Law and Environmental Enforcement. In March of 2019 Hester was named the co-director of the Center for Carbon Management in Energy at the University of Houston.
