Spreading the joy

Associate Dean Richard Alderman happily shares in an annual holiday tradition by presenting checks from the University of Houston Law Center Toy Drive to Tammy Hetmaniak, left, and D’Andrea Wade to help their service organizations bring a little joy to needy children. Law Center students, faculty, and staff donated more than $7,000 to the program this year. Hetmaniak is community outreach coordinator for the Children’s Assessment Center and Wade is president of the Jail and Prison Ministry at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church.
