RESIGNATIONS

 

On Dec. 15, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Daniel C. Morales, 47, of Austin.

 

DISBARMENTS

 

On Nov. 21, Thomas D. Glenn, 49, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was disbarred by the District 3-B Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 17, Zerrie L. Hines, 45, of Houston was disbarred by the District 4-H Grievance Committee.

 

SUSPENSIONS

 

On Oct. 1, Larry James Adams, 53, of Corpus Christi received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 15, 2004 from the District 11-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Dec. 19, Antonio Cortez, 55, of El Paso received a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first year actively serviced and the remainder probated from the District 17-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Nov. 14, Charlie Jack Dean, 52, of Marshall received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2004 from the District 2-A Grievance Committee. 

 

On Dec. 9, Barry W. Finkel, 50, of Lewisville received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Nov. 6, John David Herrick, 34, of San Antonio received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 15, 2004 from the District 10-B Grievance Committee. 

 

On Oct 15, Robert Michael Inserni, 42, of Corpus Christi received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective Nov. 15, 2003, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 11-A Grievance Committee. 

 

On Oct. 13, Gregory Ballard Johnson, 38, of Waco received a 10-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2003, with the first five years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 8-B Grievance Committee. 

 

On Aug. 21, Ceasar Molina, 51, of San Antonio received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 15, 2003 from the District 10-B Grievance Committee.

 

On Nov. 20, Linda Irene Perez, 44, of San Antonio received a 16-month, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2004, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 10-B Grievance Committee. 

 

On Dec. 5, Stephen Allie Peyton, 39, of Austin received a five-year, active suspension effective Jan. 15, 2004 from the District 9-A Grievance Committee. 

 

On Dec. 12, Craig F. Sandling, 49, of Austin received an 18-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2004 from the District 9-A Grievance Committee. 

 

 On Dec. 8, Catherine Shelton, 55, of Dallas received a 39-month, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 16, 2003, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated from the 162nd District Court of Dallas County. 

 

On Nov. 26, Roberto G. Soto, 51, of Victoria received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 15, 2003, with the first two months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 11-C Grievance Committee.

 

PUBLICE REPRIMANDS

 

On Oct. 22, Jose M. Guerrero, 49, of San Antonio accepted a public reprimand from the District 10-A Grievance Committee. 

 

On Dec. 16, Allen C. Lee, 63, of Corpus Christi accepted a public reprimand from the 343rd District Court of San Patricio County.

 

On Oct. 27, Clyde E. Lee, 50, of Texarkana accepted a public reprimand from the District 1-B Grievance Committee.
