DISBARMENTS


On July 24, Richard Acevedo, 53, of San Antonio was disbarred by the 73rd District Court of Bexar County.


On July 1, Michael W. Metz, 40, of Houston received a default judgment of disbarment from the 129th District Court of Harris County.

SUSPENSIONS


On April 24, Anita Jane Anderson, 54, of San Antonio accepted a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective July 1 from the District 10-A Grievance Committee.


On June 19, William D. Beard, 42, of McKinney received by default judgment a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.


On July 10, Gerald P. DeNisco, 59, of Houston received a three-month suspension, probated for one year, effective July 10 from the 269th District Court of Harris County.

On July 11, Randall C. Jackson, 45, of San Antonio agreed to a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective July 15 from the District 11-B Grievance Committee.

On July 19, Stephen Paul Glover, 49, of Houston accepted a 72-month, partially-probated suspension effective July 15, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 7-F Grievance Committee.

On July 1, Richard J. Dobbyn, 44, of Mesquite accepted a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Aug. 1 from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On Aug. 2, Robert Nolan Kennedy, 58, of Willis received a two-year suspension effective Sept. 15 from the 359th District Court of Montgomery County.

On June 26, Paul Alan Kuusisto, 46, of Missouri City received a six-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 24, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the District 5-A Grievance Committee.

On July 9, Stephen T. Leas, 47, of McAllen received a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 15, with the first two months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 12-B Grievance Committee.

On July 16, Randy Ford Taub, 44, of Plano received a five-year, fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1 from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On June 20, Patricia Anne Rudder, 50, of Fort Worth received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.


On May 17, Gilbert Torres, 54, of Texas City received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective June 1 from the District 5-B Grievance Committee.

On July 18, Barry J. McGee, 45, of Dallas received a 12-month, partially-probated suspension effective Oct. 15, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On June 17, E.J. Van Buren, Jr., 44, of Houston received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 4-B Grievance Committee.

On July 19, Dan A. Weathers, 67, of Pasadena received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective July 1 from the District 4-H Grievance Committee.

PUBLIC REPRIMAND


On June 28, Wiley Doran, 63, of Houston accepted a public reprimand from the District 4-H Grievance Committee.
