RESIGNATION

            On July 5, 2000, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of S. Hayes Horn, 54, of Houston.

DISBARMENT

            On March 17, David Gibson, 41, of Dallas was disbarred.

SUSPENSIONS

            On Nov. 28, Joe B. Abbey, 65, of Dallas received a 69-month, partially-probated suspension effective Nov. 28, 2000.

            On Nov. 3, Bryant Nelson Quinn, Jr., 66, of Abilene agreed to a 24-month, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2000.

            On Dec. 11, Louis J. Bodnar, 55, of El Paso received a 15-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2001.

            On Dec.6, Jose A. Gomez, 51, of Edinburg accepted a 50-month, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2000 with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

            On Dec. 18, Rodolfo J. Juarez, 46, of McAllen accepted a 120-day, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2000.

            On Nov. 15, Michelle C. Molnar, 40, of Palestine accepted a 10-year, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 2000.

            On Dec. 7, John Cody Perkins, II, 61, of Houston accepted a one-year, partially- probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2000.

            On Feb. 10, 2000, Marco Antonio Sapien, 33, of Houston accepted a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 2000.
