Bloomberg BNA Tax and Accounting Center

Convenient indexes are included for each major area of tax as well as a split screen feature that allows for browsing. Sophisticated searching enables the user to search the Bloomberg BNA Tax Management portfolios and other materials simultaneously. The portfolios are updated frequently giving them an advantage over their print counterparts.

This database provides access to the primary tax sources such as the Internal Revenue Code, U.S. Treasury Regulations, and federal tax cases. It also includes IRS documents such as revenue rulings, procedures, forms, publications, notices, and announcements. Click the "Daily Tax Report" tab at the top of the page to access the highlights and the full text of articles from this source. The News and Commentary section includes the online versions of Weekly Report and Tax Management Memorandum, insights and commentary from tax experts as well as a variety of journals.

The Bloomberg BNA Tax and Accounting Center can be accessed through the library's website at http://www.law.uh.edu/libraries/ by selecting "Bloomberg BNA Databases A-Z" from the drop-down menu under legal databases. Next, scroll down the page and select "Tax and Accounting Center.” Please contact the library if you have any questions about any of the library's databases.
