David Dow's article "Can Constitutional Error be Harmless?” will be published in the Utah Law Review. His editorial, "Santa Fe Prayers Would Mock the Rule of the Law"  appeared in the Houston Chronicle on September 1, 20000.

 

Christine Hurt's on-line version of Interactive Citation Workbook and Workstation  (with co-authors Tracy McGaugh and Kay Hollloway) is now officially available on the Lexis-Nexis academic site. The URL is www.lawschool.lexis.com.  She was especially excited to see that one of the freebies that Lexis- Nexis is handing out this semester is a Lexis notepad with the Interactive Citation  Workstation logo on it.
