2026-2027 Legal Writing Fellows: Apply Now! (posted TODAY)

Are you interested in enhancing your resume while sharpening your own research, writing, and citation skills? Do you enjoy mentoring other students? Are you looking for leadership and professionalism opportunities? If you answered yes to these questions, please consider applying for a Legal Writing Fellow position for the 2026-2027 academic year.
During their 2-semester term, Fellows serve by
* providing writing, editing, and citation assistance to law students—both during scheduled office hours and by request;
* creating and presenting one workshop per semester on key topics related to writing, editing, citation, and more;
* creating helpful resources for students; and
* assisting LSS professors with class-related projects and exercises.
Fellows work for one hour of tutor credit per semester and schedule their own hours. Fellowships are open to rising 2L, 3L, and 4L students.

* A brief statement of interest (350 words or less)
* Your resume with your cumulative GPA
* The name of your LSS professor and your LSS grade(s)
Students who are selected for an interview will receive an email invitation, and interviews will take place on Zoom before the end of April.
