This page lists some useful references for environmental legal issues. Where possible, I have included the actual source material within the web itself. If an item is too large, however, I have included a link to the correct webpage that contains the information.
In general, I will not assign these materials as readings for class. You may find them useful nonetheless as background materials when reading your assignments (or when handling these types of cases after graduation!).
