The Law and Higher Education Dear Colleagues, In creating the third edition of The Law and Higher Education: Cases and Materials on Colleges in Court, I made a number of changes, both to update and to make the materials more accessible to students and teachers, as well as the many lawyers and scholars who use the text for its reference value. I also wrote the first Teachers Manual for the text, and I hope that you find it helpful. You can check the site for updates, revisions, and other materials. My current plans are to update the web site regularly and to issue a full supplement in three or four years.
