Online Application for External Placement Program

Please complete and submit this application once you have secured your placement. Your completed application will automatically be directed to our office. If you are approved for program participation, the faculty instructor will email the Office of Student Services enroll you in the appropriate course, and you will receive a copy of this email. (The faculty instructor will contact you directly via email if your application is not approved.) You are responsible for checking to see whether the appropriate course has been added to your course schedule.
Please note that the program's minimum GPA is a 2.33, and that STUDENTS DO NOT ENROLL THEMSELVES IN THESE CLASSES. Also, be sure to pay your tuition by the official deadline so you are not dropped from the program. (If you decide to drop your externship course at some point, please contact both Prof. Bonadero and Derrick Gabriel.)
Externship Credit Hour Availability:
- Fall, Spring, & Summer I (entire summer): 2 – 6
(Note: Until further notice, students seeking to earn 5 or 6 credits must -- (1) contact Prof. Bonadero for approval prior to completing this form; and (2) if approval’s obtained, complete this application form twice: Those wishing to earn 5 credits must enroll in both the 2-credit and 3- credit course, while those wishing to earn 6 credits must enroll in both the 2- and 4-credit courses.)
