Randall M. Ebner
VP & General Counsel, ExxonMobil Corp.

Randall (Randy) M. Ebner is the Vice President and General Counsel of ExxonMobil Corporation. He has been with ExxonMobil's law department since graduating Tulane Law School in 1980. He received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College in 1977. During his career, he has held numerous positions in the law department including litigation, transactional and management related assignments. Most recently, Mr. Ebner was Assistant General Counsel for Compliance and Corporate Law. He was elected to his current position effective November 1, 2016.

Mr. Ebner serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute for Legal Reform of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Center for State Courts. He is a member of the Board of Overseers for the RAND Institute for Civil Justice, the Steering Committee for the Civil Justice Reform Group and the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for the Center for American and International Law. Mr. Ebner also serves on the Law Committee for the American Petroleum Institute, the Board of Visitors for the National Judicial College and is a member of the Tulane Law School Dean's Advisory Board. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
