RESIGNATIONS

On March 19, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Anand Mouli Alloju, 38, of Bedford.

On May 10, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Phillip J. Smith, 54, of Houston.

DISBARMENT

On Dec. 29, 2003, Rodolfo J. Juarez, 49, of McAllen was disbarred by the 139^th District Court of Hidalgo County.

On June 4, Joseph A. Mohr, 38, of Richmond was disbarred by the District 4-C Grievance Committee.

On May 27, W. Richard Forcum III, 49, of Lubbock was disbarred by the District 16-A Grievance Committee.

On May 27, Hoang N. Tran, 36, of Houston was disbarred by the District 4-A Grievance Committee.

SUSPENSIONS

On Feb. 26, Stephen G. Kennedy, 46, of San Antonio received a 55-week, partially- probated suspension effective May 25, 2004, with the first three weeks actively served and the remainder probated.

On April 6, Audwin M. Samuel, 49, of Beaumont received a 29-month, fully- probated suspension effective April 1, 2004 from the 172^nd District Court of Jefferson County.

On Feb. 11, Cindy Renea Weir, 42, of Odessa received a six-month, fully- probated suspension effective Feb. 11, 2004 from the District 15-D Grievance Committee.

On May 7, Ollie Jefferson Ansley, 49, of Arlington received a one-year, fully- probated suspension effective May 15, 2004 from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

On Feb. 26, Lindsey Paul Vinson, 46, of Fort Worth received a one-year, fully- probated suspension effective March 3, 2004 from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

On May 24, Daniel Ralph Rutherford, 63 of San Antonio received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 2004 with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the 45^th District Court of Bexar County.

On April 20, Jeffrey Sapyta, 46, of San Antonio received a 23-month, partially probated suspension effective July 15, 2004 with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 10-B Grievance Committee.

On May 4, Todd L. Alvey, 37, of Pampa received a two-year, fully probated suspension effective June 1, 2004 from the District 13-A Grievance Committee.

On April 26, Linda Needham Risinger, 46, of Frisco received a 13-month, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2004, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 1-A Grievance Committee.

On April 28, Edgar Oran Coble, 53, of Fort Worth accepted a 37-month, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, 2004 with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

On March 3, Diane M. Given, 49, of Dallas received a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 3, 2004, with the first four years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On Jan. 22, Patricia Ann Presley, 47, of Austin received a six-month, active suspension effective March 1, 2004 from the District 9-A Grievance Committee.

On June 18, Peter A. Bergman, 54, of Kingwood received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective June 15, 2004 from 334^th District Court.

On May 10, Raymond N. Mbala, 31, of Dallas received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective June 1, 2004 from the 101^st District Court of Dallas County.

On June 21, Shad W. Howell, 37, of Granbury received a three-month, fully-probated suspension effective June 15, 2004 from the District 14-B Grievance Committee.

On June 9, Michael Rodgers, 54, of Tyler received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective Aug.1, 2004 from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

On June 8, Bruce Mauzy, 49, of Galveston received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2004, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 5-B Grievance Committee.

On May 5, Frank M. McIntyre, 53, of Dallas received an 18-month, partially probated suspension effective July 4, 2004, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated from the 192^nd District Court.
