BODA ACTIONS

On Jan. 22, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a judgment of disbarment against Dimitri Andrei Flippov, 32, of Houston.

On Dec. 1, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals reversed and remanded a judgment of public reprimand against Marvin E. Prevost, 48, of Houston.

On Jan. 27, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed a judgment of partially-probated suspension against Bret E. Hanes, 43, of Wichita Falls signed by an evidentiary panel of the District 14-A Grievance Committee on July 13, 2003.

On Jan. 27, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed a default judgment of disbarment against Larry M. Wessels, 57, of La Grange, signed by an evidentiary panel of the District 5-A Grievance Committee on July 14, 2003.

On Feb. 27, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of public reprimand against John F. McKay, 61, of Baton Rouge, La.

On Dec. 11, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of Paul J. Harris, 53, of Abilene, of a judgment of partially-probated suspension, issued by an evidentiary panel of the District 14-D Grievance Committee.

On Jan. 16, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of David M. Townsend, 57, of Houston, of a judgment of partially-probated suspension, issued by an evidentiary panel of the District 4-A Grievance Committee.

RESIGNATION

On Dec. 12, 2003, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Leland K. Franklin, 56, of Bedford.

DISBARMENTS

On Dec. 6, 2003, Joel W. Authur, 38, of Houston was disbarred by the District 4-I Grievance Committee.

On Jan 21, Luis Chavez, 51, of El Paso was disbarred by an evidentiary panel of the District 17-A Grievance Committee.

SUSPENSIONS

On Dec. 29, 2003, Kip Hughes Allison, 46, of Plano received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2004 from the 162^nd District Court of Dallas County.

On Jan. 27, Douglas Alan Broch, 46, of Houston received a nine-month, fully-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004 from the District 4-I Grievance Committee.

On Dec. 10, Daniel Sunday Jack, 51, of Houston received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2003 from the 151^st District Court of Harris County.

On Dec. 30, 2003, Stephen Allie Peyton, 39, of Austin received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 15, 2004, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the District 12-B Grievance Committee.

On Nov. 20, 2003, Amado Rebledo, 67, of McAllen received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 2003, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 12-B Grievance Committee.

On Nov. 30, 2003, Leslie Lashelle Wilson, 45, of San Antonio received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the District 10-B Grievance Committee.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

On Dec. 23, Everado Abrego, 51, of Pharr accepted a public reprimand from the District 12-B Grievance Committee.

On Jan. 29, G.A. Adesanya, 43, of Houston accepted a public reprimand from the District 4-G Grievance Committee.

On Jan. 5, John Victor Mastriani, 44, of Houston accepted a public reprimand from the District 4-J Grievance Committee.

On Dec. 10, Stephen J. Mescall, 48, of Blairstown, N.J. accepted a public reprimand from the 151^st District Court of Harris County.
