On Oct. 3, Will G. Dickey, 55, of Houston agreed to a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective Oct. 7, with the first 90 days actively served and the remainder probated from the 215th District Court of Harris County.
On Sept. 14, Thomas E. Dixon, III, 46, of Tucker, Ga. agreed to a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 19, 1999, with the first three years actively served with a credit for time served, and the remainder probated from the 55th District Court of Harris County.
On Aug. 7, Travis M. Hartgraves, 54, of Abilene received a five-year, partially probated suspension effective Oct. 1, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the evidentiary panel of the District 14-D Grievance Committee.
On Oct. 25, Basil Landon Hoyl, 42, of Hurst accepted a one-year, fully probated suspension effective Oct. 25 from the District 14-B Grievance Committee.
On Sept. 9, Dennis C. Jones, 43, of Lufkin received a one-year, fully probated suspension effective Sept. 30 from an evidentiary panel of the District 2-B Grievance Committee.
On Sept. 19, David K. Line, 53, of Dallas received a 38-month, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2003, with the first 12 months actively served and the remainder probated from the 44th District Court of Dallas County.
On Sept. 3, an evidentiary panel of the District 7-A Grievance Committee suspended Joseph Scott Spitzer, 55, of Azle for two months effective Oct. 1.
