Proposed Intervention by 3 unnamed immigrant mothers in Texas v. United States

This case just keeps getting more complex, and one needs a scorecard to see all the players. Their appeal is from the district court’s order denying the proposed defendant-intervenors’ (i.e. the three unnamed immigrant mothers) motion for leave to intervene. Along with hearing arguments on the injunction appeal on July 10, the Fifth Circuit will also hear arguments the same day in an appeal from three unnamed immigrant mothers who are seeking to intervene in the Texas case over the president’s executive actions.
