Proposed Intervention by 3 unnamed immigrant mothers in Texas v. United States
This case just keeps getting more complex, and one needs a scorecard to see all the players. Along with hearing arguments on the injunction appeal on July 10, the Fifth Circuit will also hear arguments the same day in an appeal from three unnamed immigrant mothers who are seeking to intervene in the Texas case over the president’s executive actions.
