Course Outline: This course is a study of the legal and ethical responsibilities of members of the legal profession. A required course, Professional Responsibility focuses on both the Model Rules of Professional Conduct as well as the current law governing the conduct of lawyers.

Course Notes:   Quota=40. During fall 2019, this course will be offered as a distance education, asynchronous version (i.e., no live, in-person meetings). Students will access weekly recorded lectures via TWEN and will be required to complete weekly activities. Grades will be based upon quizzes, completion of the weekly activities, and a final take-home exam. Please email Professor Knake with any questions: rknake@uh.edu
