Course Outline: This 3-credit course is designed to introduce students to business administration and related financial analysis skills. This course should be considered for the law student with little or no prior course work in business or finance. The course will use the financial statements of publicly held corporations as the basis for introducing many of the and disciplines and functional areas of business. The following topics will be covered: corporate finance, management/organizational behavior, accounting/auditing, entrepreneurship and Marketing, information technology, review and analysis of financial statements, business strategies and personal financial planning.

Prerequisites: Yes Students must not have taken more than one semester of accounting and not more than one semester of finance at the undergraduate or graduate level. Students will certify that they comply with prerequisite.
