Course Outline: This course will look at statutes and case law in the area of abuse and neglect. Students will learn the law in this area and develop the skills necessary to represent children and parents in abuse and neglect cases.

Course Notes:   Quota= 12- This course can be taken concurrently with Juvenile Law.
