Course Outline: The trade secret law course covers the history of trade secret protection in the U.S., a full range of issues relating to the protection and enforcement of trade secrets that are used in a business, defenses against trade secret claims brought by another, and various laws that deal with trade secrets.
First Day Assignments: There is NO class on the 1st day of class and the assignment for Class 2 is pages 1-49 in the book.
