Course Notes: This is an LL.M class, and JD students may register, if space is available.  COURSE DESCRIPTION: Examination of the primary features of the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste regulatory program and the Comprehensive Environmental Response , Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and significant jurisprudence associated with each; limited examination of State of Texas authorized RCRA program and State CERCLA equivalent.

Prerequisites:  

First Day Assignments: Review, in West Selected Environmental Law Statutes, 42 USC §§6921-6926 (SWDA §§3001-3006)
