Course Outline: This is a survey course on the First Amendment’s Free Speech jurisprudence. The course will include discussion on the history of Free Speech jurisprudence, and will discuss the current day challenges in bringing a successful Free Speech claim. Grades will be determined based upon a final exam and class participation.
