For our first class on Wednesday, August 26, please be prepared to discuss the text on pages 1-2 of our casebook (Farnsworth, Young, Sanger, Cohen and Brooks, Contracts: Cases and Materials (7th ed. 2008)); the cases Hawkins (on page 2) and Bayliner (on page 4); and the notes and problems following these cases.
