Course Outline: NOTICE: CLASSROOM ATTENDANCE CAN BE WAIVED FOR STUDENTS WHO PREFER ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS WITH INSTRUCTOR.

Writing on specific topics in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Topics should be chosen and approved before the December break, so that the mainline research can be done during the break. The paper will be due in three finished, roughly equal graded parts: one month, two months, and three months into the semester; and a graded final push-together of these parts, due by the last day of classes.
