Course Outline: : This course is a project-based discussing the practical and ethical issues related to legal marketing. While many forms of legal advertising will be discussed, the class will focus on current trends in digital marketing including search engine optimization and pay per click advertising. Each student will prepare an advertising plan for a law firm which will include the advertising strategy and state bar compliance.

Course Notes:   This course is an online course. However, it meets synchronous at 8:30 on Monday mornings. The other time will be asynchronous. The class will meet in person for the October 9th and October 16th class meetings.

Prerequisites: Yes  To be considered for this class, you must have taken Law Office Management: How to Make Money as a Lawyer.
