If you are planning to register for any of Professor Arbogast's courses, , please send Prof. Jacqueline Weaver an email at which answers the following questions:
1. Do you have any background in finance, such that you can do a simple DCF or IRR business model? Please submit your vita with your statement of background.
2. If not, why is the finance course specially important to you?

Note: Registration for these courses is a three-step process. First, submit the screening information to Prof. Weaver to get her approval to register. Second, Prof. Weaver will send her approval to Derrick Gabriel in Student Services and he will place your name on a waiting list for the course. Bauer registration is not finalized until December, or even January, so you will not be officially registered until Bauer finishes registering their business students. Third, if space is available (which it usually is), you will be notified by Derrick Gabriel that you can register for the Arbogast course.
Also note: JD students may not take more than 12 credit hours of non-law courses; LLM students may take no more than 6 credit hours.
